神に喜ばれる信仰

「1信仰とは、望んでいる事柄を確信し、見えない事実を確認することです。2昔の人たちは、この信仰のゆえに神に認められました。6信仰がなければ、神に喜ばれることはできません。神に近づく者は、神が存在しておられること、また、神は御自分を求める者たちに報いてくださる方であることを、信じていなければならないからです」(ヘブル人への手紙11：1-2,6　新改訳)

1. 信仰とは、どのような状況でも神の言葉に従うこと

「17信仰によって、アブラハムは、試練を受けたとき、イサクを献げました。つまり、約束を受けていた者が、独り子を献げようとしたのです。 18この独り子については、「イサクから生まれる者が、あなたの子孫と呼ばれる」と言われていました。 19アブラハムは、神が人を死者の中から生き返らせることもおできになると信じたのです。それで彼は、イサクを返してもらいましたが、それは死者の中から返してもらったも同然です。」(ヘブル人への手紙11：17-19　新改訳)

2. 信仰とは、普段の行いを違う方法で行うこと

「20信仰によって、イサクは将来のことについても、ヤコブとエサウのために祝福を祈りました。」(ヘブル人への手紙11：20　新改訳)

3. イエスは神様を喜ばせる信仰の対象であった

「39 さて、これらの人々はみな、信仰によってあかしされたが、約束のものは受けなかった。40 神はわたしたちのために、さらに良いものをあらかじめ備えて下さっているので、わたしたちをほかにしては彼らが全うされることはない。」(ヘブル人への手紙11：39-40　新改訳)

Faith that Pleases God

“1 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. 2 This is what the ancients were commended for. … 6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” (Hebrews 11:1-2, 6 NIV)

1. Faith obeys God’s word, no matter what

“By faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice. He who had embraced the promises was about to sacrifice his one and only son, 18 even though God had said to him, “It is through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned.”19 Abraham reasoned that God could even raise the dead, and so in a manner of speaking he did receive Isaac back from death.” (Hebrews 11:17-19)

2. Faith does ordinary things differently

“By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau in regard to their future.” (Hebrews 11:20)

3. Jesus is the object of faith that pleases God

“AThese were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised, 40 since God had planned something better for us so that only together with us would they be made perfect. ” (Hebrews 11:39-40)

現在のメンバーはもちろんのこと、これまでに関わった方々と共に、この祝福の時を過ごします。プログラムの中には、懐かしい同窓会のようなひとときが流れることもありますが、単に懐かしさに浸るためではありません。これからの歩みを、神様に期待する時間を過ごしましょう！

We will celebrate the 25th anniversary of New Hope Tokyo together with our New Hope family.
This is a time for both our current members and those who have been part of our journey to come together and share in this blessing. While the program may include moments reminiscent of a heartfelt reunion, this gathering is not just about nostalgia. Rather, it is an opportunity to look ahead and spend time anticipating what God has in store for our future.

We will celebrate this special milestone of our 25th anniversary during our Sunday service.
On this day, Pastor Wayne Cordeiro, the founder of New Hope Christian Fellowship, will be sharing a message with us. Let us make this a time of blessing—praying together, praising together, and wholeheartedly worshiping God!

Young Adults Ministry

ニューホープ東京のヤングアダルトミニストリーのリブランディングをしました！
イエスという唯一無二の使命のために集まるコミュニティーになりたいと願い、Collective(コレクティブ）と名づけました。
コレクティブとは一つの目的のために集められた人々という意味です。
今後コレクティブの礼拝は毎週日曜日午後5時から3階で行われます。
4月7日にコレクティブの最初の礼拝を予定していますので、ぜひ、ご参加ください。

Passion Generation, our young adults ministry is rebranding.
We hope to become a place where we can gather people together for one purpose, Jesus.
So we are rebranding to “Collective” which means: a gathering of people for one purpose.
We are excited as we launch into the next season! Moving forward Collective will be holding services every Sunday at 5pm on the 3rd floor.
