心配の対処法

1. あなたは神様にとって存在であることを知る

「ですから、わたしはあなたがたに言います。何を食べようか何を飲もうかと、自分のいのちのことで心配したり、何を着ようかと、自分のからだのことで心配したりするのはやめなさい。いのちは食べ物以上のもの、からだは着る物以上のものではありませんか。26空の鳥を見なさい。種蒔きもせず、刈り入れもせず、倉に納めることもしません。それでも、あなたがたの天の父は養っていてくださいます。あなたがたはその鳥よりも、ずっと価値があるではありませんか。27あなたがたのうちだれが、心配したからといって、少しでも自分のいのちを延ばすことができるでしょうか。28なぜ着る物のことで心配するのですか。野の花がどうして育つのか、よく考えなさい。働きもせず、紡ぎもしません。29しかし、わたしはあなたがたに言います。栄華を極めたソロモンでさえ、この花の一つほどにも装っていませんでした。30今日あっても明日は炉に投げ込まれる野の草さえ、神はこのように装ってくださるのなら、あなたがたには、もっと良くしてくださらないでしょうか。信仰の薄い人たちよ。」(マタイ6:25～30新改訳)

2. を神様が知っておられることを信頼する

「ですから、何を食べようか、何を飲もうか、何を着ようかと言って、心配しなくてよいのです。32これらのものはすべて、異邦人が切に求めているものです。あなたがたにこれらのものすべてが必要であることは、あなたがたの天の父が知っておられます。」(マタイ6:31～32新改訳)

3. において神様を第一にする

「まず神の国と神の義を求めなさい。そうすれば、これらのものはすべて、それに加えて与えられます。34ですから、明日のことまで心配しなくてよいのです。明日のことは明日が心配します。苦労はその日その日に十分あります。」(マタイ6:33～34新改訳)

Remedy for Worry

1. Know that we are by God

“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink, or about your body, what you will wear. Isn’t there more to life than food and more to the body than clothing? Look at the birds in the sky: They do not sow, or reap, or gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you more valuable than they are? And which of you by worrying can add even one hour to his life? Why do you worry about clothing? Think about how the flowers of the field grow; they do not work or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his glory was clothed like one of these! And if this is how God clothes the wild grass, which is here today and tomorrow is tossed into the fire to heat the oven, won’t he clothe you even more, you people of little faith?” (Matthew 6:25-30 NET)

2. Trust that God knows

“So then, don’t worry saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’ 32 For the unconverted pursue these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.” (Matthew6:31-32 NET)

3. Put God first in

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”　 (Matthew 6:33-34 NIV)

今年もゴールデンウィークに、オハナカンファレンスを開催いたします！
2026年は、5月4日（月）〜6日（水）の3日間、横浜市教育会館にて開催します。

We are excited to announce that the Ohana Conference will be held again during Golden Week!
This year’s conference will take place from May 4–6, 2026 at Yokohama City Education Hall.

礼拝、メッセージ、分科会、そして交わりの時間を通して、互いに励まし合い、支え合い、建て上げ合う祝福の時となることを願っています。
Through worship, messages, breakout sessions, and fellowship, we pray that this will be a time to encourage, support, and build one another up in Christ.

Ohana（オハナ）とは「家族」。
私たちは神の家族として、今年も心を一つにして集まります。

“Ohana” means family.
As God’s family, we gather once again in unity.

✨ Stronger Together

一人では冷えてしまう心も、共にいるなら再び温められる。(伝道者の書 4:11)
If two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? (Ecclesiastes 4:11)

神の愛のうちに、共に歩み、より強い神の家族として建て上げられていきましょう。
Even hearts that grow cold alone can be warmed again in community. Let us grow stronger together as God’s family.

Midweek Service

毎週水曜日 19:00～20:30、OCC 507にてミッドウィーク礼拝を行っています。
週の半ばに、賛美、聖書の言葉、祈り、交わりを通して、神様からの「良いもの」に触れるひとときを持ちませんか？
皆さんとお会いできることを楽しみにしています。

Midweek Service is held every Wednesday from 7:00–8:30 PM at OCC 507.
In the middle of the week, come and take time to experience the good things God has for us through worship, His Word, prayer, and fellowship.

Bible Study Fellowship

ニューホープ東京の皆さん、マタイの福音書4章4節にはこう書かれています。「人はパンだけで生きるのではなく、神の口から出る一つ一つのことばで生きる」

ニューホープ東京では、BSF(バイブル・スタディ・フェローシップ）とのパートナーシップ結び「捕囚と帰還（Exile & Return）」 という聖書学習＆フェローシップを開催します。
旧約聖書をたどりながら、異国の地で神の国を築くように召された神の民の歩みを学び、エゼキエル書からマラキ書までを一緒に探っていきます。

If you missed our Pac Rim minor prophets study with Pastor Cameron Cortez, or you want to dive into and grow in God’s Word more there is a Bible study for you!
New Hope Tokyo are continuing their partnership with BSF and will host a Bible study called Exile & Return — A time to build.
We will journey through the Old Testament, where God’s people were called to build His kingdom in a foreign land, and exploring books from Ezekiel to Malachi.

Young Adults Ministry

ニューホープ東京のヤングアダルトミニストリーのリブランディングをしました！
イエスという唯一無二の使命のために集まるコミュニティーになりたいと願い、Collective(コレクティブ）と名づけました。
コレクティブとは一つの目的のために集められた人々という意味です。
今後コレクティブの礼拝は毎週日曜日午後5時から3階で行われます。
4月7日にコレクティブの最初の礼拝を予定していますので、ぜひ、ご参加ください。

Passion Generation, our young adults ministry is rebranding.
We hope to become a place where we can gather people together for one purpose, Jesus.
So we are rebranding to “Collective” which means: a gathering of people for one purpose.
We are excited as we launch into the next season! Moving forward Collective will be holding services every Sunday at 5pm on the 3rd floor.
